in Jacksonville, Florida 141 months ago | I am actually in the Kmart Management program..and it sucks! 12 weeks is the length of the program and or hell, whatever you want to consider it To answer your second question they do not train you at all..the fact is you are not a manager at kmart in reality you are a salaried stock boy/or girl..you have no employees they cant afford to have employees so who are you managing? You get assisgned task like get carts, clean the stock room or unload trucks...You didn't take Carts450 in college or Truckunloading202, or Stocking332? it is a joke...stay as far away from it as possible |
135 months ago | Yes, I must say I agree. I worked for Sears and they now own Kmart. Everytime I went into a Kmart I saw a manager stocking a shelf, one or two cashiers and one person on the customer service desk. I don't think they have enough people to staff the stores. |
