Micrografx Windows Draw is now part of CorelDRAW Graphics Suite and it is better than ever!

Now lost among other word processing software products, Micrografx Windows Draw was a very capable tool for writing, drawing, and page layout. Commonly known as Micrografx Draw, this handy graphic tool was originally included in RM's school network bundle. After the acquisition of Micrografx by Corel, Micrografx Draw was known as Print Studio. It offered some key features which enabled general users to create class level projects such as tickets and posters with ease. Use the following steps:

Windows

If you run Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate version, install Windows Virtual PC and Windows XP mode (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/default.aspx) and execute your software in Windows XP. (You could upgrade to Windows 7 Professional version as Mike Hall suggested in the post above.)

If you run Windows 7 Home Premium, try VirtualBox (www.virtualbox.org) or VMware Player (www.vmware.com) or any other 3rd party virtualization software and install a separate copy of Windows XP (either Home Edition or Professional) for that purpose. You can find virtualization software free of charge that will run on Windows 7 Home Premium.

Hope this helps.

Sincerely,

Marilyn
